This original acrylic painting titled: “Ocean Harmony” (“Apaqtk Wantaqo'ti”) displays eight whales swimming around a Mi’kmaq Star. The whales are experiencing ocean harmony and spiritual balance, as a ‘reflection of the sun’ reflects on their beautiful coastal waters. Inside the whales are the Mi’kmaq Star, two double curve floral designs, and the Hieroglyph for peace.
