HMS Frill

The designer of the FRILL had a passion for high collared shirts and collected all manner of Elizabethan ruffs. His hobby went unknown until after his death in 1941 when over 280 ruffs were discovered in a room behind his library. This secret passion of exotic adornments however can be seen in his submersible designs on the conning tower especially. Useless frills but his vessels turned heads in port.
